i hav'nt been around sprints for years and recently noticed small outboard disks on some cars, all maxims i believe, when did this start, whats the effect it has on the car, and why do some have them on the right and some have them on the left?

There called inboard brakes. I'm 43 yrs. old and they been on sprints aslong as I can remember...

I think he is talking about the right rear brake.....they been around a few years now

people are using them now because the other rotors are so small and light weight that they need some extra brake
