Has anyone tried the alumiumn bumpers? I know dale McDowell and dan stone runs them. How well do they hold up upon impact? and who makes them to buy?

Chub frank had one on at eldora and after his heat race wreck it resembled confetti. Shattered at every weld

I helped a friend of mine in Georgia a few years ago that ran them. They are a pain. They can't take the abuse. They would be good as long as you don't hit anything or get hit.

These bumpers literally break with minor brake check on a restart and get into someone's quarter panel type contact and then your night is done. If your still interested in these still you may also be interested in the magic pipe cutter I sell for 10 k it adds 75 hp to the motor , how it works is you cut a groove in each push rod half as deep as the metal is thick !! It's great for reliability !! Just like aluminum front bumpers ...
