There are great drivers today racing Sprints and there are those great at setup.

It's obvious and common to follow a great driver from one ride to another.  So often when a great driver moves to another car, the car and car owner experience a higher level of success.  I am convinced just as there are great drivers there are those great at car setup, who have success follow them from car to car.  I think it's no different then when success follows a great driver, from car to car.

There is a special magic which happens and champions are born at all levels of racing.  When the two meet, success happens from Saturday night racing to the top tiers of traveling circuit racing.

I'm not good at remembering names, so please anyone fill in the blanks.

I see the local person for Eric Williams car being one of those special at knowing how cars work and setup, with champions following his presence.

Allstars I think it's obvious to most George Fisher with Dale Blaney, and Brian Kemenah with Chad Kemenah, are two more.

WoO Rick Warner stands out with Donny Schatz.

And Shane Bowers is another currently with Bryan Clauson.

What other Sprint combinations have been elevated to champion level, because of the blending of a proven winning Crew Chief or setup person?

And I think the name Mike Woodring also has to come to mind for many.

Who else?

Just thought of this and had to add the humor of it to the mix.

Then there are car owners who think they are great Crew Chiefs and great at setup, who go through many Great drivers with limited success.    :)

You can name them too if you like, there ain't no way I'd give it a try.    :)

Heck with the nature of this board on this humorous point, there's no need to stick to sprints.
