What you're missing is it's $150 to register with the series for the year before Jan. 31, 2016 and $200 after Jan. 31, 2016....

I could be wrong, but I don't think that's what they meant. They noted the purse for the top 2, and that its $100 to start. I don't think that's the complete purse. No one advertises a complete purse. Usually only tell 1st and last. Doesn't mean 2nd gets the same as last.

So one of your local guys that wont run the whole season in the series could finish 5th and after paying the registration fee and entry fee lose money?

You can run races without registering to run the SERIES. A local guy isn't going to pay the series registration. It's not a fee at each race.

Here's a novel idea......

Either don't go or haul to another track that night.

Pretty simple!

QUIT YOUR FRIGGING BITCHING. These guys have never run for these kind of purses. DO U HAVE A CAR BITCH ? If so, stay the hell home. Most of you would bitch if you hit the frigging lottery. AMAZING. Unless you've run with those guys you probably don't have a chance in hell finishing top 10 anyhow. I hope the hell they can get more shows like that signed up. What's that give the penn ohio series 3 races paying. This one, Laboon, and apple fest correct ? Hopefully more to come.

I think if a track owner had an event that was free admission, payed $5000 to win, $500 to start, and the first 500 people got a $50 Walmart gift card, but you had to pay $5 to park, you'd have 10 pages on racestud complaining about the parking fee and a few whining that they would prefer Kmart.

C'mon guys there are tons of positive things going on with the series this year, if you could care less about it that's fine but no need to slam the guys on here that do...its a great series with a ton of of possibilities this year for the stock guys, we are hopefully getting every race to be a minimum of 1000 to win...if you don't want to be a part of it that's cool, no reason to turn it into a crying and bitch fest.

I was just asking for clarification about the pay out because the way it read wasn't clear. The series is fantastic and $150 registration is more than fair. Some of you guys need to relax. Questions do not necessarily equate with criticism.

I understand the cadet guys spend way too much money , but before they go out and buy brand new turn key race cars they know exactly what the races pay .
