How was it? Do you think it was worth the $? I didn't go and now I'm curious if I should have.

My dad drove late models in the early 70's at North Hills, Butler, Mercer, Blanket Hill, and occasionally Tri City. We won the last late model track championship at Blanket Hill.

According to their social media pages I did not read one complain at all. The place was packed like the firecracker.

I was hoping for more with it being outside compared to PPG Paints Arena. Definitely was a packed house and the kids who the event for had fun. My in laws left at intermission.

I think a better chance would be had to get kids back if there was a race in-between like PPMS does.

I look at this event as a money maker for the track and I am sure the Tomson's are not disappointed as the place was packed.

Show seemed to drag out and I was hoping the racing was more than just a drag race over two jumps. Freestyle of course was the best part.
