CARNESVILLE, GA – The ULTIMATE Super Late Model Series South East Region has announced that Genesis Shocks has signed on for a Contingency Sponsorship and will present a cumulative $300 Product Certificate Contingency Award at all future 2017 ULTIMATE SE events. If the award is not collected at an event, the award rolls over to the next event on the schedule.
The highest finishing driver in future 2017 ULTIMATE SE races equipped with four Genesis Blue Extreme Shocks installed and a minimum nine-inch Genesis decal on each side of their race car will win the Genesis Shocks $300 Product Certificate.
The Genesis Shocks Contingency Award is cumulative, in that if no one wins the award at a race, the award rolls over to the next event on the ULTIMATE SE schedule, making it a $600 award. The award will keep rolling over until a driver wins the award. For instance, if a driver doesn’t win the award until the seventh race it is presented, the award will be worth $2,100.
In addition to the $300 Event Contingency Product Award, Genesis Shocks will also present a $500 Product Certificate to the 2017 ULTIMATE SE Champion at the FASTRAK/ULTIMATE Annual Awards Banquet. ULTIMATE Drivers participating in the Genesis Shocks Contingency Program will also receive discounted pricing from Genesis Shocks.
According to Genesis Shocks Owner Mike Lutz, the ULTIMATE SE Series is the first regional super late model series the company has chosen to become a Contingency Sponsor. He also likes the concept that ULTIMATE SE competes in the backyard of the Genesis Shocks home base in Roswell, GA.
“We have a good product for dirt late model racing, and we wanted to do something for super late model racers in our own backyard,” Genesis Shocks Owner Mike Lutz said. “We have been involved with the FASTRAK Pro Late Models (the sister series to ULTIMATE) for a number of years. This is our first involvement as a Contingency Sponsor with a regional super late model series, and we’re looking forward to working with ULTIMATE and their competitors that chose to use our product.”
