Rudolph went to Susquehanna and won the 10,000 to win 50 lapper for the Short Track Super Series Modifieds passing Stewart Friesen with 9 to go. 40 car field, Rich Regalski and JR McGinley both made the tow from Western PA.

I believe it was $10000.00 to win, not 40.

He pretty much started off in asphalt modified stuff and was fast there, too. I think having a lot of asphalt stuff on his resume has helped his dirt driving. He's very smooth behind the wheel. Reminds me a lot of the late Doug Hoffman.

Dad and Granddad both ran asphalt as well as dirt.  Saw his granddad run a coupe at Langhorne.  Have photos of his #72 coupe...Jim Rudolph.  Dad in DIRT Hall of Fame at Weedsport.
