ULTIMATE Super Late Models $10,000 to Win at Bulls Gap, $4,000 to Win at Crossville

Carnesville, GA – A busy week is on tap for the ULTIMATE Super Late Model Series and ULTIMATE Battle of the Bluegrass Super Late Model Series. Both series will take part in a double header this week in the Volunteer State. The $10,000 to win 13th Annual Scorcher at Volunteer Speedway in Bulls Gap, TN is Thursday, August 17th. The following night, both series are back in action at Crossville Speedway in Crossville, TN for a $4,000 to win event.

 

                The 13th Annual Scorcher is a National Event and a required race for the ULTIMATE Southeast and Battle of the Bluegrass regions. Currently, Tyler Millwood, of Cartersville, GA, leads the points in the ULTIMATE Super Late Model Series standings. Millwood finished 11th in the first visit to Volunteer Speedway this season.  Defending Champion, Jeremy Hines from Seymour, IN, leads the ULTIMATE Battle of the Bluegrass points heading into the double header. Hines brought home a 12th place finish in Bulls Gap on May 29th.

 

                Friday night’s $4,000 to win ULTIMATE Super Late Model Series and ULTIMATE Battle of the Bluegrass Super Late Model Series co-sanctioned event is the only visit to Crossville Speedway of the 2017 season.

 

                Payout for the 13th Annual Scorcher at Volunteer Speedway, August 17th: 1) $10,000; 2) $5,000; 3) $3,000; 4) $2,000; 5) $1,500; 6) $1,300; 7) $1,200; 8) $1,100; 9) $850; 10) $800; 11) $750; 12) $700; 13) $650; 14) $600; 15) $550; 16-24) $500

 

                Payout for Crossville Speedway, August 18th: 1) $4,000; 2) $2,000; 3) $1,350; 4) $1,000; 5) $875; 6) $775; 7) $700; 8) $600; 9) $500; 10) $450; 11) $425; 12-24) $400
