2018 SEASON WINDS DOWN FOR THE HOMAK PENN OHIO PRO STOCKS - FINAL POINT EVENT IS DRIVER CHOICE!

October 2, 2018 (Sandy Lake, PA) As the season comes to a close, the point championship battle for the Homak Penn Ohio Series is up for grabs. Currently, 2018 five-time feature winner Andrew Gordon leads with 811 points over three-time point champion, Chris Schneider by 3 points, while 2017 point champion Bobby Whitling trails by 25 points with 786. Rob Shook remains in fourth with 772 followed by Chris McGuire in fifth with 765.
The last Homak Penn Ohio Pro Stocks point event for drivers will be either Little Guy Nationals at Mercer Raceway Park on Friday, October 5th or the Pittsburgher 100 at Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Motor Speedway on Friday, October 5th and Saturday, October 6th. Both events are $1,000 to-win and $150 to start. Drivers will choose which event to participate in.
Participating drivers will have a Penn Ohio $25 registration fee. All drivers will be eligible for a Hoosier tire donated by Hoosier Tire Mid-Atlantic/Precise Racing and an American Racer tire donated by Lias Tire. 2018 Homak Penn Ohio Series’ registered members will be eligible for additional contingency prizes donated by various Homak Penn Ohio sponsors including Les Frickshun, Precise Racing, Dirt Defender LLC, ARbodies, Genesis Shocks, Close Racing Products, Wedge Motorsports, Big Daddy’s Speed Center, ADMAX, and Aero Wheels.
