Looks like the facility will be quiet, for the 2019 season right now.

Per Facebook:

After a lot of thought and careful consideration Full Circle Productions will NOT be leasing the racetrack at the McKean County Fair next year.

We did our best and truly appreciate each and every person that came to the races this year. A huge thank you to our class sponsors: Little Power Shop, Close Racing Supply, and Keesee Services. Thank you to our board sponsors: Andrew's Sales and Service, Johnson Distributing, Hamlin Bank, R&M Home and Auto, Phillips and Roeder Well Service, and Olson Tenglung Auto Parts. Thank you to our Fall Invitational Sponsors: Myers Trucking, Tri-County Tire, Smethport Tire, Porkey's Bar and Grill, Mott Automotive, Advanced Auto Parts, and Costa's Supermarket.

If I missed a sponsor I am truly sorry. A super big thank you to our only nightly sponsor: Auto Parts Plus!!! With out these race supporting sponsors we couldn't have held on to the end. Thank you to all our weekly helpers who became part of the MCFR family, to say we couldn't have done it without you is an understatement!

My thoughts exactly Walt, and any class overlap is unlikely as well.
