cornflake or should I say Mr Horstman, why dont you keep your fast car and put a stock motor in it and see how you stack up this year. Not takin nothing away from anyone but if your goin to get on here and brag like you did in other post, put a stock motor in it and see how much braggin you do. Not tryin to start anything but if your that good than prove it on a level playing field or should I say level playing MOTOR!

If your not starting any thing why did you bring it up? It still takes a good driver to get the job done. Any one else could have leveled the playing field last yr with the same kind of motor. The car has been up for sale the last couple of yrs. The car went thru tec last yr , it might not be legal this yr but still might be legal at another track. Why should he put in another motor when he was just racing it rather than leaving it sit. Why mess around with the car any more when he has a 360 , that is his main project now. Im not starting any thing either , just saying that any one could of had the same kind of motor as him. maybe some did. You can have the biggest and best motor around but if you cant get the set up right and get it to the ground with a good driver. Enought said.

You really shouldn't cry about bragging if the statements made are true. He ran within the rules and won. Everyone had the same rules. If Dobie, Keen, Loney and others would keep the same car for the next few years and give it 100% continious effort on improvement, any of them could be dominate and win just as many races as Horstman did this year. His experience and talent has definately earned my respect. I don't remember Weiner looking that good in that car.(At least not as good as Jared) ***Becca will win some races in the future, her time is coming so watch out boys!*** Now I hope you understand...it is better for my photo sales if we have a different winner every week...but the Horstmans deserve RESPECT!! They truelly have earned it!!

I myself have race for 35 plus years and still dont get why a 410 sprint is on average a second to a second and a half faster than a 360? Can anyone out their grasp the point am making? Or are your eyes blinded by the flash on the camera? lol

All i got to say is his car has been teched so many times this yea by some of the best tech men around.. IT WAS LEGAL !!!!!!! It also has been up for sale for years!!!!!!!!
I also would like to say something about experience .. Horstman has Ran vs 410's this year in his 360 and MADE THE SHOW!!!!!! Don't tell me about Motor and being out horsepowered, thats a good driver working his way up the chain!

We get your point , plus we get your other point a bit of sour grapes. Any one could of bought that car a yr ago . Point being is he was with in the rules of the track and passed inspection. When they started racing non wing, they were running 305,s 360,s and 410,s in the same class. Some of the smaller motors won. Same thing with the mini,s . There were some weeks when Jared got beat. Why would they want to spend any more money on the mini and put a motor in that would be to your liking, when most of their money is going into the 360. Jared has also ran his 360 against 410,s. You can sit here and compare apples to oranges all day long, But the only point is he was running with what the rules and guidelines the track would allow.

I think you were thinking the same as me about him running with the 410,s. and posted at the same time.
