S-10 Dirt Truck parts

I am selling a S-10 Full frame G body metric Dirt track Truck. This is a 1986 frame with a 10 point cage built by a mechanic from Morgan-McClure racing in Abington VA. Cage has 4 bars on both doors. Interior has a 5" monster memory tach,Quick car gauges,quick car push button 3 switch panel,rebbco on off switch,Kirkey 16" seat and cover,G-force window net,Simpson belts. Battery is a optima gel battery,has a Jaz fuel cell with foam in can. Rear end is a GM 7.5 with a eaton possi locker with a 3.23 rear gear. New leaf springs,3" lowering blocks and u-bolts. Rear shocks are Doestch 3 way adjustable.Front Tubular afco upper a-arms with screw in ball joints,Nascar weight jacks,16:1 steering box,2 sets of MOTOR MOUNTS,one for V-8 engine,one set for 2.5 Four-cylinder. Afco Aluminum radiator with new 16" electric fan.Willwood 1" slave cylinder for hydrolic throw-out bearing. Extra set of 2" drop spindels to put on stock A-arms if needed. Used set of front pro shocks. Adjustable transmission mount bar and 52" driveshaft. 10 Hoosier tires and 8 street tires and 9 areo rims various off sets. Extra body panels. THIS TRUCK CAN. RUN IN EITHER A FOUR CYLINDER OR V-8 CLASS.Has a 108" wheel base. THE ONLY REASON I AM SELLING THIS IS I LOST MY JOB AND I NEED TO KEEP MY HOUSE MORE THAN MY BABY. Complete roller minus engine and trans. I do have a new rebuilt 3 speed saginaw transmission with 1st gear removed and 2nd and 3rd gear lightned with a hydrolic throwout bearing for sale also. All of these are now parts for sale truck has been disassembled and it being sold of in parts

What about car insurance? Will I be penalized for not having any if I get rid of the truck?
