The pit stands was where to be tonight any one in the grandstands was blasted the track was smooth but stupid slick I think Dean could take a few pointers from Gene and maybe a little of his work ethic (meaning less talk and more work on the track) that was something like a gokart track would be... I give it a thumbs down!!!!!! And no one can say about the temp this week because Gene had the same conditions at Lima and that track was a little dry but was racey!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A racing fan Kenny looks more at things like this instead of the dust, Just one of those things tonight.

the only complaints from the grandstands tonight was when the drunks that dont know how to control thier beer and wanna fight with people then drive away drunk and the other drunk go to the bottom of stepsand go #1 under the grandstands while there are children watching.the dust is what comes at dirt racing, they watered the track all night. sometimes it happens ive been at limaland and eat plenty dust and rocks, atleast u dont get hit with rocks in the stands at waynesfield.on that note it was good seeing bob frickie at the field tonight and sure some good racing and action tonight good job to dagget in the sprints, post in the mods, babcock in the stocks and i think his name is twig( not sure on his name) in the 1w truck.

That was Matt Twining winning the trucks. It is too bad that you had to deal with a few drunks. Things like that can ruin a family outting real quickly. I'm glad none of my kids were there to see those things tonight. We all know the saying and yet still get reminded of it too often. "one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch" Hopefully the drunks will soon realize that Waynesfield keeps the show moving and has finished every race this season before 11:00pm. They can be civalized, enjoy a night of good racing, and still go to a bar and act stupid for at least 3 hours. I have no problems with anyone that likes to have a drink. But I do have a problem with people that don't respect children(theirs, mine, or anyone elses that happens to be near.) My father was very pleased years ago when Limaland posted 1 section of the grandstands as a "family section, no drinking please." I hope that Waynesfield can soon start getting enough fans in the stands to designate a family section. Unfortunately we still have more empty seats than filled seats at the field. I know it is inconvienant but I hope for your kids sake that you take a moment to find a different seat before exposing your children to a few bad apples. And please feel free to alert the Sheriffs that are payed to be at the track keeping things under control. They are being payed to keep things like that from happening. You wouldn't put up with seeing a drunk taking a leak in the hallway at a Reds game, you shouldn't have to put up with it at your local racetrack. Please step up and let a staff member or security know if you are ever in that situation again. I'm sure that others will thank you for alerting some one because you aren't the only one offended by that kind of behavior. 99% of the time my children are in those stands and I hope somebody is looking out for them while my wife and I are busy trying to keep the fans and racers happy with my photo service. I hope your next visit to Waynesfield is more enjoyable and more family friendly. And PLEASE alert somebody if you and your children are being offended by a bad apple. If not for yourself, please stick up for my children who might just be sitting right behind you. THANX

well if memory serves me right a couple years ago in heat kinda like this I remember the field being "tacky" fast and super racey and not dusty maybe dean should go talk to Andy James. With as much dust as rolled though the front staight I can't see how a scorer can see what car is where ... But hey maybe thats why it took almost an hour for guy to get payed @ the window 7a Doug Adkins as he beat his way up not the cleanest driver I've ever seen . But I was glad to see anyone but that 6 car win Dagget drove a good race, and how about Babcock putting it to Shoeder at the finish

A couple of years ago Andy James was only there for a few races and then stuck Cub Burden with all the bill.s and the track. Cub was Andy's track prep man and as far i know Cub is still helping Dean with track prep. He can not control Mother Nature or which way the wind is blowing. If you are really Jack of all trades maybe you could give Cub some pointers but he has been playing in the dirt for a long time it is is way making a living during the week. And he was racer until a health issue last year stopped him from getting in a race car this year. So iam pretty sure Dean And Cub know more about the race track than a lot of people. One last thing to say you ever that about going asphalt racing its a lot cleaner.

"Push"

Maybe you should get your facts straight if the story is told right Andy had more money out than Cub and Mike ever thought about putting out like, why up until about 4 weeks ago did Andy still owned the other set of grand stands that was never payed for till they were coming to tear them down and how about all the stone that Andy footed the bill for in the pits and all the equipment he brought up and payed his guy to run and all the fuel for those machines to move all the dirt that made the pit wider and longer .. Yes Andy left but he told Cub and Mike too he didn't care if it took yrs to pay that back just keep this going, and let see why one good reason Andy left cash box in the concession stand wasn't coming out right and lets see who was running the but Cubs wife hummmmmmmmmmm.....

And lets see dirt work is my line of work and has been for yrs I have been moving dirt before you ever thought about working @ Nationwise think about that
and as for asphalt racing you must not have much sense not to know that asphalt is for getting to the track and dirts for racing I've been around all the dirt tracks since 1970
I have worked for Earl, Dean, Ken Langhals , Bill Paxton

So all I hear from Dean is he is contiguously working on the track well it can't be on prep and the only kinda track Cub know how to do is what you seen last night he couldn't put a good surface on the track if some one came and did it for him maybe Dean should get Dino to do it like he use to do @ millstream yrs ago and maybe Cub should stick to what he knows laying pipe

I had my sunglasses on and could see fine for as dusty as it was, but thats not the problem, yes kenny the sheriff was notified and did talk to the drunk but let him go without watching them leave, thats when he got real annoying, screamin u fat bi*** right in front of my kids then got in thier car and forced thier way out not caring who was walking or driving in front of them. the cops took thier names and that was it, i feel they should of been escorded to the road. as far as cops they are not in the stands they are bull craping in the pits or up by the concession, i wouldnt pay them if they dont do thier job. would someone pay u kenny for a pic of a part of thier car in the pic? no they want the car, and not to pick on anyone else but if u kid or pit member has adhd they should be with that kid all night not let him roam the place and take flags and cars from little kids, not for sure who the adhd kid was but he had a jr& sons shirt on. just a few thing to help the track. my mother in law and wife and kids sat in chairs by the stands and had drunks walking up to them to hit on them like it was a pick up spot. not there to get laid they are there to watch thier son and brother race. so i think cops should start controling the drunks better. take some to jail to get the point across and i gaureentee it would stop. and one more thing either the pota pottys stunk or it was skip farting even before hotlaps, it was bad.

Well Dean make a comment at the meeting dont trash me on the internet, Come do it to my face. There have been some great racing surfaces in the past under cub. Funny i went to pitgate and there were a lot a guys trashing Andy james. So it seems like where ever you go some one is gonna complain about some thing. Go to Eldora i have never seen so many drunks walking around. It just seems to me that some of them dont even watch the race , but just walk up and down getting beer all night. I doubt if they even see a race. Then you get the young girls and guys that act like its a trim hunt and parade back and fourth all night. Then if you sit up along the wall and you get the people who stand in front of you just talking and drinking their beer. There is nothing wrong with enjoying yourself at the race track with a few beers. But you will have it every where.

i tell you what im glad that i wasnt there last night because i thought about taking my 2 year old son and if i would have and he would have seen some drunk peeing under the stands or if we would have been getting into the car and some drunk was standing there yelling cuss words i prolly would have been the one that got in trouble because i dont put up with that anywhere at all. and i wouldnt doubt that the cops didnt do anything about it because they never do anything about anything lol. im glad i didnt take my son down there last night but from what i have heard the racing the first 2 nights of this 3 night set has been great and i cant wait to get down to eldora tonight for the 3rd and final night gonna be some great racing down there.

bash eldora all u want skip, eldora dont need u or me they have people out of state coming there every race, i wasnt bashing wmp i was stating things i seen and my family dont need to see, the sheriff should of done more than just talk to that drunk, seen alot of peopled hauled out of eldora the hard way for alot less than that. I spent 41 dollars to get 2 adults and a 16 yr old and 7 yr old in the grandstands and thought we would of had a better exp than drunks coming up and getting in our faces trying to get laid, i didnt, nor did my wife and kids appriciate it. that was our 1st trip to wmp this year because we just havent had the money, so we saved our extra money for that, i will pass on my 60 dollars and stay home for a exp like that was. and just my opinion why not put a catch fence up instead of adding bleachers that dont get filled up? if the sprint are going to be there should be a safer fence before something bad happens. they flipped higher than the flag man last night. but this is just a opinion to make it safer

i wonder if dean picked up any track prep ideas when he was at eldora running his pie hole about how great his track surface was saturday night, what i seen was the 360's were spinning the tires just like the non wingers do. i guess it all boils down to the almighty dollar. Dean states in his drivers meeting every week about changing tires only in the a mains and when the car hits the hot pit area you have two laps from that exact moment, but i guess if you sponsor the track and give the promoter a mule to drive around you can have as many laps as you want to change tires, add fuel, change the setup midway through the race same crap happened years ago at millstream with this same driver.

I was watching the action last night as Allison changed his tire and was listening in on my scanner. No extra time was given to him. If you remember there was a wrecker on the track getting a car off of it. But to me Tim got lucky that the wrecker was on the track. Dont know if he got it changed in the time allowed i didnt count the laps, but as long as there was a yellow i would say he should be allowed to come out. He didnt hold it up the wrecker did. This tire changimg rule to me is causing trouble at both lima and Wrp. I think it needs to be looked at more closely or give them more time. These guys have a lot a money in their cars. As a fan i dont mind the hold up of another lap or some thing. Just my opinion on the rule. As far as track prep, I heard the all mighty eldora was really dusty sunday night. But it seems that no one ever says any thing about eldora being dusty.

i went to eldora sunday night and wore a white shirt and when i left there was hardly any dirt on it at all, and allison got 3 and 1/2 laps to change the tire. deans so called rules are two laps no matter if the wrecker is still out on the track or not, this was brought up in the first drivers meeting of the year and was explained as so, i guess certain people dont have to follow rules.

Not even sure what you are talking about but you make no sence! I made one seriuos mistake when racing and have felt terrible about it ever since and that is why I'm not racing anymore. That doesn't mean my love for the sport or this track has stopped.

Lastly.....I would love to talk to you sometime or are you always gonna hid behind your screen name?
