hi ... this is Kate ... i ran the k8 mini this weekend .. it was my very first time racing in this class ... we learned that we dont have the right gear setup and that our brakes failed ... i would like to appologize to whoever it was that i hit ... i feel absolutly terrible about this incident ... the brakes failed and i down shifted while lookin for somewhere to go ... some how the car slid and i hopped tires .. i feel that this is not only a car malfunction but a rookie mistake as well ... im sry if i got in anyones way or caused any trouble but i really appreciate the expierience and the amazing show that is put on every time ... i hope to have all of the bugs worked out soon and hope to be back out there learning and having fun ... once again im sorry ... thank you ((kate not kale and k8 as in kate not 8k))

I know that were some people that felt you were a problem but you have to start somewhere and we were in that spot once. I am glad to see you out there trying to learn and I know in out heat race we seemed to have no problem with you or during the feature. I know that Dean talked about having a practice session on a Sunday for the mini sprint drivers for those that want to get some seat time on the track without being in race conditions but haven't heard a date yet. Feel free to ask for any help, one thing I found when we started in this class 3 years ago is that the other race teams are more than glad to help anyone out.
