The Muffler part No. is # 27657, can be found at Autozone for about $25. Also, there is a $5 transponder rental fee as well. Should be a good show, I don't really think the horsepower difference will be a big deal, especially on that small of a track, without the wings. I believe last year with the wings the 1000's were only like .5 a second faster than the 600's... so I'd imagine the lack of down force would eliminate most of that advantage.

last year Jared Horstman got second against the 1000cc's.

Don't you think thats kind of messed up to be on the waynesfield section advertising 35 when the 'field is running 600's next week? tomorrow's show is one thing, waynesfield isnt running.

Slide 22 so how did you end up against the 600's wingless saturday at 35? Was there equal competition?

Had a car spin infront of me and broke the front axle while running 3rd.. :/

I thought it was very equal though. The torque of the bigger engines really helped us off the corners, but the 600's could charge the corners alot deeper. I think if someone had a good 05-06 636 Kawasaki they would have won the race.. It was something wild though, you really had to baby the car around. Felt like driving on a really slimy race track.

I have been doing Great Thanks for asking. I would be in one now if my family would agree. But I put them through a lot for my personal fun so I have to consider when making this choice that it does affect them as well and I wouldn't want to put my kids through that again. I miss it and like I said would get in one tomorrow, I enjoyed racing all of you guys and developed great friendships through this activity. I did get to go drive yes drive a Nascar this past Saturday around Michigan Speedway. AWSOME !!!!!
