What a great nite for racing last night! Congrats to all the winner!! Meet the Drivers night is always a fun night for fans & drivers combined.
The only down point I saw was before the start of the "Run for the Rabbit" race. I'm not really sure what the deal was or why he didn't .... but I thought it was very disrespectful for the 7c to not hang back during the "lost man" lap to honor Travis Miller.

Ya your defiantly right.. it was a GREAT night for racing! And it was rude that the 7c didn't hang back. I heard the other racers were very disapointed and angered. Travis Miller was a great racer and deserved to have a nice tribute to him especially on such a good night for racing. I hope somebody got with him and had a little chat about RESPECT!!!! Especially when his family was there watching and Travis was a good driver. And it was a tragedy what happened... Last night was Travis' night for memory and there were a lot of people that hadn't been to Lima Land in a while that were there that night. So it was a poor act. #4Posted 14 June 2009 - 08:33 PM
I noticed that too!!! Maybe he needs another talking too? Seems he has alittle bit of a problem with Respect in all aspects of his fellow competitors!
But you know I really wish that Limaland would do drivers introductions for these Big Races (all classes). And maybe even make the features alittle longer for ALL the big shows? I think the only one they do different is the Brown Memorial.
It really makes the nite feel alittle different to a fan when they do things alittle out of the norm
Just my opinion , The Racing at Lima has been Awesome !!!!!

Excuse me quote "Master Of All"!!! Darren Long is the 7L the green car! And 7C a red car is Neil Sheperd which is owned by Lotzs and Marshall Campbells mechanic!!! The Longs and Millers have been family friends for a VERY LONG TIME!! Travis and Darren were close to the same age in school. And Travis' mom and Darrens mom are very good friends also they went to school also. They sit together at the races every friday night! The Long family also worked on Mark Longs race car when Travis was racing. So they have been VERY good friends for a long long time. Throughout generations. And i don't know what you are talking about the Longs "crying". Nobody said anything. So really "Master Of All" know what your talking about because you made the Longs look bad for NO REASON...... #10Posted 15 June 2009 - 04:55 PM
I'm pretty sure Neil is from Indianna and I think this is his first year racing around here? Maybe it wasn't explained to him what he was supposed to do? Maybe you shoul just ask him at the next race instead of just coming on and bashing? Come on boys and girls it is a tough enough year for drivers, fans and tracks.
#11Posted 15 June 2009 - 05:33 PM I OPPOLIGIZE, I AM VERY SORRY AND FEEL BAD I READ IT WRONG.I DIDNT THINK DARREN WOULD DO THAT BUT AT TIME I MISS READ THE POST SO I TAKE BACK EVERYTHING I SAID, DIDNT MEAN TO DISRESPECT ANYONE, WAS NOT AT TRACK AND WILL NOT BE AT THAT TRACK WAS JUST READING AND PUT MY 9 CENTS IN JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. I RACED AGAINST TRAVIS IN CARTS AT WARDS RACEWAY, C-VILLE AND FEW OTHER PLACES, SO ON THAT NOTE WE ALL MISS TRAVIS AND HIS RACING. AND I AM VERY SORRY

Thank you for the apology! .. I just wanted to set the record straight. Darren has had a rough season and i didn't want him to get blamed and confused with Sheperd. It was a mistake and i thank you for apologizing cuz usually most people brush it off and laugh... #15Posted 18 June 2009 - 10:03 PM
" g. Rough driving and/or unsportsmanlike conduct interactions are subject to penalties and/or disqualification to be determined by Limaland Motorsports Park officials. This rule includes anyone connected with the car and includes conduct on and off the track "
This is rule G. on limaland's rulebook. Hmmmmmmmm
