Why would u post on waynesfield forum that 35 raceway are running the mini's on the same night as wmp? when they push to be on the schedule
Because there is not a 35 raceway forum, and this is a place many of the mini-sprint drivers frequent.
Just a hunch...

It's all good, if they want to split the cars up and lose another place to run, go ahead and go to 35. if the car count sucks, the minis will be the next class to start losin dates. and the mini drivers should look out for their fans-35 is charging $10 for admission while the field is only charging 5, plus 35 is charging a $5 entry fee? yeah, real cool to come on the waynesfield section of the forum instead of the general forum. pretty dirty pool if you ask me.
I agree!

so ur saying the NON COMPETITIVE MINI'S will go to 35 and try thier luck against other NON COMPETITIVE MINI'S. LMAOI dont see a big deal, many cars make it clear that they either want to stay home or run something new. many people want to try new things and new tracks.
What will happen is, the ones that are still in the points will stay, and some of the ones that cannot make up the ground in a few races will go, if they like.
At least slide22 is willing to help out. He is constantly trying new ideas and contacting promoters and such.

they use to run in ada,oh, mendon, oh and always loved watching them race too , but why post another race at a diff track on another tracks forum that is trying to bring back another place for mini's to run. as u can tell ada and mendon are gone in this area. so wmp would be local for alot of mini's to run... Just another place to run, chill out.

Yeah I remember when I was little my dad racing all over the place, Brown County, Southern, Midway, Portsmouth, Lakeville, Skyline, but right now we only have two tracks and 35 is the only survivor from the 90's. This is the only place other than indianaopenwheel where mini-sprint guys frequent so just trying to get the word out. I don't think either track will hurt for cars Saturday though.

Bottom line Slide is we have the best value for the fans this Saturday. It's really not polite to come on our tread and advertise another track. All you are doing is pulling cars away from WRP when you do that. Do you guys have a general mini sprint form somewhere else? Someone had the nerve to come hand my wife a stack of flyers at WRP a few weeks ago advertising other tracks and asked her to hand them out........she handed them out alright.....right to the trash bin.
We really hit the pavement hard this past week trying to ge the word out. Dean made up posters that were really nice and several employees paosted them at several gas stations, convenience stores, laundry mats, car wash's, car lots, parts stores and pretty much just about anyone that gave us permission to post them. They were posted as far south as Springfield and as far north as BG. We're trying anything and everything, so please don't rain on our parade here by advertising other tracks.
There really isn't a general upright mini-sprint forum, thats why its hard to advertise races like this. If there was one that everyone frequented, the race would be advertised there instead here. I don't race at either track on a regular basis, and if Wanyesfield would run 1000's on one of our off weekends, we'd likely be there, but right now 35 is running us. Look both tracks have existed together for the past few years, and besides the past two seasons, both were getting full fields of cars most years before 2008.

Really? Where are you going to run? Doesn't that take one car away from the other track?
I'm glad to see a class get bigger and I'm all for having other places to run them. However, you coming onto the WAYNESFIELD section of the forum and advertising a race at another track that will directly compete for cars in a particular class is nothing less than underhanded and wrong.

try asking the administrator of racestud to start a forum for mini's or 35 raceway. its simple not hard like u make everything. if u run the1000's, why put ur nose in wmp business. just ask and u might get a forum and talk to ur selfI'm going to run wherever the 1000's run. If Wanyesfield were, I'd be there. I'm not taking a car away from either track. There were 3 Waynefield regulars there last weekend so I doubt you have much to worry about about losing cars. I'm done arguing with you about it though, Its only better for the racers having a choice of a place to race.

A choice of a place to race is not the problem. The problem is you are on the Waynesfield forum advertising a race at another track on the same day running the same kind of cars. And you don't see the problem with that?
Advertising your race last week was cool. Hell I even thought about coming down to check it out.
I'm glad you're done arguing, because I wasn't arguing with you to begin with. I made my point known that what you're doing is wrong.
