I have a 2001 corolla but i dont have any idea about oem toyota parts, and the automatic headlights are always on. Is there any way I can go manual? Thanks in advance for any help.

There should be a switch in the parking brake circuit that controls the auto lights.
Fire all your guns at once.

You try this. Turn the key off then apply the parking brake then turn the key on. That one works for my carHeadlight.
