VAN WERT - Local restaurant The I Don’t Care Grille has been sold to Rockford businessman Steve Mox. Mox owns a trucking company and a World of Outlaws racing team. He is a partner with NASCAR owner and driver Tony Stewart in the trucking company TSM Logistics. New restaurant manager Paula Lemon said that while Mox partners with Stewart on some ventures, the NASCAR star is not involved with the restaurant. Lemon said the restaurant’s new name will be The Pitt Stop, as in barbecue pitt. It will be a family-oriented restaurant. “We’re focusing more on the restaurant and the good food and less on the bar,” she said
