Any one with the results for Saturday night July 18th? How many Eldora regulars were there? Thanks............
Late Models - Bill Lewis (6 cars)
Modifieds - Todd Sherman (28 cars)
Stock Cars - Jeff Matheny (15 cars)
Thunder Cars - Mike Fredrick (12 cars)
In the late models, Ruefer, Woodling, and Lewis raced side by side for every lap of the dash with Ruefer winning by half a car length at the line. Lewis made a last lap pass on Woodling to win the feature. Great racing in the other classes also. Nice crowd and a good number of cars in the pits. I think 6 or 7 Eldora/Lima cars. Anderson, Cornett, Timmerman, Runyon, Sutter, 27 which I think is Andy King (said Paladino on the side), and maybe a couple others I can't remember. Anderson was 2nd.

Cornett got 6th, and yes it was a good night of racing. Nice and cool. Hope they invite us back.
I talked to the promotor after the races last night and you guys from Eldora and Lima are welcome back every week. The only cars he said needed to make any changes were Matheny (J1 that won) and Grogg (50).

oic ya little unfair with 4 barrel and racing tires. Both thought you could run a 4 barrel carb. He took the linkage off their carbs himself to make them run as a 2 barrel for last night and told them if they came back it had to have a 2 barrel on it. They also had modified tires like the UMP street stocks are allowed to have. He wants the cars with tube chassis to stay on the street tires like the Eldora/Lima rules say.
