I heard quite a few people ask where Matt Westfall was since he's leading the points. I found this pic on hoseheads Live tonight of Matt's name on the the Stan Courtad 9x car at Knoxville, Iowa for tonights USAC Knoxville Nationals, which have been rained out. Yes that is the same team that Mike drove for, as well as Rob Cheney, Kevin Huntley and others. That car does awesome Non Wing, and I hope to see it next Saturday for the 1st Annual Jack Hewitt Classic.

That is Stan Cortad's car. Stan would only let Matt drive it at Knoxville and Oskaloosa(spelling?). Matts motor is getting refreshened.

Hamilton isnt really worried about the modified, i believe they blew the motor in it.

Thanks for the info. Spoke with a member of Stan's crew last month during one of our rainouts, and they were looking forward to running with us yet this year. Hopefully we'll see the 9x car next week. With Matt only driving for Courtad in K'ville and Osky, it leaves the question as to who would be driving the 9x on Saturday if they do come for the Jack Hewitt Classic.

That's awesome. Wouldn't hurt my feelings to see Matt back in a full time ride with some money behind him. Maybe he can have a big week this week in Iowa and something happen for him.

Cindy, did you ever get to talk to Dean Saturday night?

I forgot this was the rain date. We have our rain checks too. I will just use mine another time. So I must be taking your place? Will be happy to do it so you can spend the special night with family.
