hey i got a 99 j and j trying to set it up,pretty sure it isin't a 861/2" so i am looking for a set up for an 88" car can any one please help

Go to the J&J Auto racing home site, they have a basic setup for each track and how to help with handling problems!

If you can find the serial # call J&J, they will tell you what it really is.
