hey i checked this out sounds good but couple of issues the rules say no headers,no jack bolts,$1000 claim on whole truck, and the holleys that everyone at the field would be a no no, engine has to pull 18 lbs of vacuum .im not sure but not many tuff trucks would meet the rules :(

We run 6 cylinders, I've run my 4 cyl with you guys. We know your rules don't match. The holleys , weigh jacks, headers on 4cylinder no problem claimer is not in affect at the cavacades. Now Dean told me you guys are basicly stock, you should be able to pull 18 in vacumm. How ever we want to see how the trucks match up to set up next years rules. I will tell you the 4 cyl I took to the field took 2nd at Sandusky july 17. and was the only 4cyl there. it runs a 2 barrel thottle body. You can ask Tom #5 helped me out at the field. But you will have to match the fields Rules. other than tires need to be all season radials.

I myself think it should be a pretty good match..... we handle and they have a bit more power. And with our hehehe (stock) 4cyl's I think it should even out. I requested the weekend off and myself and another truck racer will be attending, if I can get off of work! I cant seem to be able to sell it so I might as well race it when I can. Alot of the truck racers have mentioned they want to run other tracks as well as WRP and it seems that this could grow into something that could help everybody that races trucks. Gerry (speedracer58) and I have talked and this is not to run against WRP but to get the more affordable truck racing better known and more options.Which can only help the class in the end.

Are these both pavement tracks?
Not that we'd likely go, though, because we found OIL in the METAL pan again,

but for clarity,

it'd be good to know this info.
