Hey Derrick....sorry that I haven't gotten in touch with you....I've been really busy getting the truck plus a stockcar ready. I'm sure we'll talk soon. How about parking beside us this year?

That will work as long as you save us some spots. We dont get there early enough to park up top. Any big changes with the Amr truck this year?

I emailed Tami Shobe and test and tune is correct, schedule is not up yet.

That's fine Derrick. No we didn't make any huge changes this year.....we're just trying to be a little more detailed. How about you? Anything new....

We have made a few changes with the truck. We went with a carb for this year and hid a bottle of NOS just incase we cant get by you. We are also going to lower the truck a little more. For some reason ours sits alot higher than most trucks, hopefully will keep it from rolling over so much. They are getting Darrens truck together too. Give us a call

LOL......that's funny right there! Actually since I have so much trouble catching you and I am a pretty big guy.....we installed some valve stems into the cage so I could inject helium and make the truck lighter. ha ha.

Well.........you'll be surprised to know Kenny that I have lost 60 lbs. since race season ended. I might even have to spend some money on a different firesuit......or simply let this one hang on me =)

What was the trick on loosing the weight, im sure it wouldnt hurt me to lose 60 lbs. Congrats on the weight loss.

There's no trick to losing weight unfortunately. It's really simple.....you need to take in no more than you can burn off. But for me I cut out a lot of sugars and tried to reduce my carbs but more importantly I started exercising a BUNCH. It's just a lot of will power.....now we'll see if I'm strong enough to keep it off. I also have some very good friends that have helped me out along the way also they know who they are.......=)

lol.....yea Kenny the after the nervous breakdown the shrink siad that he attributed all of my self conscious thoughts to that photographer that put me down because of my weight........lol Just kidding. It's time to change my entire lifestyle and that is one thing that needed to happen......I still need to lose about 20 -25 lbs though.
