ok i understand that but the caution wasnt for him and he kept going. i just dont understand how you can screw up that bad and yet get your spot back. if i was mike i would have taken it to i was just asking how it worked.

i think the mystery may be solved, someone told me that he has family in the booth and knows or is related to the flag man. so i guess if millers in your race and the yellow comes out we'll be going back to whatever lap is conveinent!

SprinterFan101 Yea the people in the tower are related to him but what does that have to do with the last completed lap.... He got his spot back because the caution wasn't for him and when the caution came out all of the field wasn't across the line.. I know because I am one of the three scores up there.. You guys find some of the stupid things to complain about...

When the yellow comes out, the running order is determined by the order each car/driver crossed the line to complete the previous (last completed) lap. That is standard procedure.
NASCAR is the only outfit that I know of that 'freezes the field' when the yellow comes out, and they just started that in the last year or two to get away from racing back to the line.
Nothing wrong with asking a question about procedures, but all of this 'he is cheating/he gets favoritism/he can't win' stuff is getting old. I'm not affiliated with Miller at all, in any way.....but the man is a past track champion at Lawrenceburg, and has won some races. Why is he constantly being attacked???

I will never complain about scoring a race until I've done it myself and I think the one's complaing should go up and try it once. You have to account for each car that crosses the line and usually that is one or two people doing that for 20 cars........I think it would be pretty hard to catch everything. There are other races to win and if you base it on one night then you have some other issues that need attention. For what they have to work with, I think Waynesfield does an excellent job......and I'm not related to anyone at or affiliated with Waynesfield! My entire family was asphalt racers and I'm a dirt racer.
