leaking brake drum

My car has a leaking brake drum. It has been sitting and has a very slow leak on the passenger side. Does anyone know of a common problem/ fix that needs to be done? The leak is coming from within the drum.

You could try using a Depends on it. My grandmother had a slow leak and that's what she used.

there is a brake cylinder in there that needs replaced
