Rear Brake Light/Turn Signal Bulb

I need to replace a rear brake light/turn signal bulb on my 2006 500. It calls for a 4057K bulb. I have an extra 4157LL bulb from my wife's 2005 Escape. Can these auto body parts be interchanged?
