Holy Cow there were 55 mods, 35 or so sprints, and a bunch of pure stocks. Westfall was there, Landon Simon, and some other USAC drivers. We went, and dropped a clutch in the first heat.(Cornett). Then show got cut short by a nasty thunderstorm. I think this was a big money night so they are probably planning to finish it.

We went to the Burg because we thought Mont P. would be a R.O. We blew a clutch in the first heat of mods, After that we watched until it started to storm. Humidity until it rained was about 88% and it was about 88 deg.+ the stench from the distillery made for misserable conditions. But grandstands were packed.
