Gerry is totally right on that. I wrote the results/story before Gerry took over. I sent that info out to over 30 different newspapers every week. As soon as Gerry took that responsibility over, he asked for my list of contacts. I gave him everything I had and I know that he added some others to that list. WE CAN FLOOD THEM WITH THE INFO, BUT WE CAN"T MAKE THEM PRINT IT!!! I sent it to 5 different writers at the Lima News everyweek. I also flooded them with photos. I live within a mile or so from the Lima News offices and have been in there more times than I can count trying to talk them into giving Waynesfield some coverage. The Lima News did send some teenage girl intern to Waynesfield for the 1st Speedweek show. She stood beside me in the infield while taking photos. The camera/lens they gave her to use was bigger than she was. The only photo they printed was a guy working on a car in the pit.
