I know who Dick spencer was he ran at lima in the late 60,s and 70,s but what is his ties to Waynesfield and the track? Is it a family member who is putting it on? I cant remember if he was from the area proably was.
One of the greast drivers to every come out of Waynesfield was Doc dawson, need for speed brought this up before. ( i knew him and he use to hang out at depalmas garage) And now we have Bill gross rest his sole.

Yes Dick was from the area. Several of his family members still live In the area. If I was to guess. His brother Ron. May be the person purtting on the race? That's a guess

He was from waynesfield, then he moved to Lima.
