#3Posted 05 May 2011 - 07:04 PM maybe you dont, but plenty of other fans do. That was a pretty rude comment. If you dont like it, dont go. What do you drive? #5Posted 05 May 2011 - 10:27 PM

Try being a little more patient, folks. There have only been a couple tracks that have been lucky enough to get a show in. Montpelier, Eldora, Attica. Just the stupid weather. Not any one persons fault. Why get the people and the cars out there only to cancel during the show. It's not cost effective for the teams, or the track. Sure everyone is eager to race. Maybe some of the tracks will add some shows on to the schedule. I hope so for all parties involved. But hacking on the track isn't gonna help JMO

JMO but those of you defending the track, isn't attica runing again tonight. Every race they have gotten in this year has been on a Friday except one. Also Eldora is running. I understand the weather has not been that good but every year lima is the only track that goes through this problem. I'm not trying to dog the track i'm just stating a few things that I noticed.
#11Posted 06 May 2011 - 03:52 PM Attica is about an hour and a half from lima, so comparison isnt really that reliable. I will say that the drainage system hasnt been working properly for limaland, which has also caused problems. If you dont like it, build your own track and see how things go. #13Posted 08 May 2011 - 09:35 AM
while i admire any promoter for trying his all to get any racing in, i would rather the races cancel early instaed of havin teams pla the waitin game to waste a night cause it rained. lots of teams haul in from a ways away and cancelling early makes sense. and how many of the fans want to sit in the cold wind and rain? sure theres some of die hards out there but not enough of us to pay the bills. we need cars and fans. and crappy weather won't bring either one.
