The 2nd rain moved thru when they just about had the track ran back in. They gave it a heck off a shot, the track was looking nice but mother nature took all hopes away before the could get any racing in.

Stocker,
Again, my name is Jeremy. (my first statement lastnight) I appreciate you being in attendance and supporting WRP last night. I will not apologize for reciting the rules and procedures. You may know them, however some may not. I will try to condense them for future races. Although it is alot to recite and stand and listen to every week, it's all very important information. And I'm not comparing WRP to NASCAR, but I believe their meetings are quite longer than my lecture. I just don't want anyone to claim "ignorance" to the rules and do something they aren't supposed to. I know your statement is your opinion. I do value it and accept it. But this is mine and I'm only siding on safety and fairness. Thanks again for coming out. I appreciate everyone that made the effort.

I didnt think we had rules??? And judging by Darlington I'm not sure nascar does either. I'm glad the staff at the field gave it a heck of a shot, shows their dedication to the track and racing, But man I just gotta say Wow to the small group of fans that hungout in the stands all night. That's dedication

Double checker or Jermey,
I would say 95% of all them racers there Saturday night know the rules, As far as you reading them come on do u think that COPS and Judges read everybody the rules and laws everyday NO they expect you to know them or read about them. If it something you want to do post a early meeting and let the ones who dont know them show up, by choice Tim

Tim,
I have no interest in getting into an argument over this. You are expressing your opinion. I got that. But to reply to your post, what about the other 5% that don't know the rules? You are right, people should know them, but they don't. Cops do read rules to everyone that gets arrested. There are speedlimit signs posted all over but we should know how fast to drive on highways and residential areas. Every time I go on an amusement ride I get the "remain seated, arm and legs inside". Go on a plane and listen to the seatbelt cellphone speech. I don't want to have to go over the rules anymore than you want to stand and listen to them but I have to side on safety. If you were to get hurt or involved in an incident because someone else was doing something "they should know" not to, you'd be upset. Again I will condense it for future shows. I appreciate you giving a few extra minutes to make sure 100% know.
