I love how they put me on the tale of the feature because they say I stopped on the track I wasent even involved in the wreck hell even the guys that were in the wreck that did stop on the track and went in the pits got there starting spots bak but I went to the tale seriously I've never had nothing bad to say about this place but some folks need to open there eyes

Not sure what happened on the track but that part of it needs to stay on the track. I know in the heat of the moment people don't think straight but coming into the pits sliding the car sideways endangering other peoples well being is not the way to show your displeasure with the track officals.

#82 limaland screwed you on that call. we were sitting in the grandstands and seen that you drove through it and was wondering why they sent you to the tail. When the wreck happend the announcer even said the 62 of gossard was being charged with the wreck and would have to start the tail.
and speaking of officals, during the mod feature. the restart after the mod flipped. both of the flagmen looked at hulls #40 and seen the flat right front tire, hell they even pointed at it but they still let him restart the race and thats what caused the wreck. anybody else they would have thrown the black flag
#5Posted 23 July 2011 - 12:09 PM I agree and i was not out of control yes i reved my engine and was pissed but trust me if i came into the pits to fast they would of thrown me out and not let me come back sorry if i scared u guys #6Posted 23 July 2011 - 01:01 PM
Not only did they screw you on the track but they screwed you on half your races. They take the heat races away and didn't let the drvers vote on it. Which screws with your guys points. The point standings could be completly different if they didn't do that. Why should you guys have to pay 25 dollars to race half your races anyhow. I think they should give the stock drivers 12.50 back. Pretty dissapointed with limaland. But I said it once ill say it again. I would rather go to Waynesfield anyday over limaland.

well havent been to the track since May, I can see why I have stayed home. Nothing has changed. The track wasnt even a race track., It was unsafe. They do have grader right? How about the Hammons car starting the pole of a big money race? That hasnt changed either. What a joke. Cant believe with all the brains out their they are not smart enough to see that. The 6s clearly jumped the start in the heat and in the feature and nothing was done to him and they let it go green. Once again to much favortism at this track. Stocks not running heat races, come on man!! That''s wrong. They all need to boycot this coming weekend. O ya my 5 year old daughter could announce better then that retard they have, Is he one of the students their or what, If and I mean if I go back I will have ear plugs not to listen to him. He doesnt have a clue about racing and needs to go. This place is goin down fast in a hurry, but who I am to say. They dont wanna hear complaints and try to improve what use to be a great place.

not running the stock heats was ridiculous. it would of taken us about ten mins for our two heats. having been a fan for 23 years before gettin my own ride i gotta say i think the fans wouldn't mind seeing our heats. it takes longer to get the sprints pushed off than it would of for our heats.
(no knock on the sprints cause they are the reason most fans are there) it was told to us drivers that our street tires tear up the track.
last i knew you don't short change a class that your tryin to improve the car count on. i like lima, always have but i came to race, not eat hot dogs til 11pm

I'm told that one team was told when they asked about not getting a heat race "you should be concerned about only having 15 cars, not the heat race". Why complain to the guys who are there showing up every week?
Why are there only 15 cars including the UNOH cars? Why is waynesfields count getting better and better every week with less purse, and points payout? Instead of snide remarks to the guys who ARE there every week supporting this joke of an operation, how about asking the guys who DON'T come why they choose to go elsewhere instead?
I am guessing 82 was told the infamous line "if you don't like it, don't come back". There's a lot of people who didn't like it, and won't be back. This thread is a fine example of why.

I have to agree with dirtfan20 not once this year has JR or Dussel received any special treatment at limaland. I was there a couple weeks ago video taping when they penalized Dussel for jumping and i have the video to prove to you that he doesnt jump but yet he still got penalized for it. Theres a lot of favoritism that goes on at limaland I will agree to that but to say any of that is pointed towards Ron and his teams is ridiculous.
There is a big difference between winning races because of Bob and his gang and winning on pure talent and Ron has found the talent to drive his race cars, if you cant see that then maybe you should stay home like you did for the first half of the season.

Whaa Whaa its always the same ones, one wont even race at lima but always gets his digs in and another hasnt been there in a while and still crying.
Lima needs to go to Attica to learn how to race??
WoO announcer even said, that nights racing was some of the best ever for the WoO.
Best thing that ever happened Doty coming to Lima.
Boycott Lima!! see ya later. Lima has a loyal fan base except for the cry babys on here.
Hasnt eldora even cut some of the racing out on a night.
The only one on here who has a right to complain is Douglas.
He has a right to ask some one why he was put on the tail.
Lima is one of the better paying tracks for stocks and specail races.
No matter what racing web site you go to there is always some one who has to cry all the time.
Maybe we should have a vote on the biggest cry baby.

Well the talk from WRP was that Limaland did not know who started the wreck or who finished it, The tower called complete restart, but the guy on the flag stand (not flagman) said either 62 or 82 so they tailed both cars. Lima should have known starting them slow cars up front was going to cause problems. From the stand side the 5 car bounced off 2 or 3 cars before the 62 car got him. Just bad call from limaland on not letting them run heat races.
#17Posted 25 July 2011 - 11:40 AM Yep thats what i was told as well i was just mistaken identity i guess 62 has a white car i have a blue car lol owell thats life i guess all we can do is hope for a better nite this friday #18Posted 25 July 2011 - 11:40 AM
I am kind of confused with your reasoning. I mean stock cars go a solid 25 mph and spin out every 30 seconds while sprint cars are the only exciting thing at limaland. #19Posted 25 July 2011 - 12:00 PM I just don't think so. Its usually during the sprint show I get up to take a and get a slice of pizza so I don't have to miss the stocks and mods. #20Posted 25 July 2011 - 12:47 PM
Chris you got on the call 100% I'm not sugar coating that one. As far as us it did not really hurt us that bad, yes the 5 car bounced off a couple cars and was sideways when Kevin finished turning him. Kevin was the middle car in a 3 way pack all he could do was turn right cause the 5 car was heading down the track. They tailed us but we made the best of it, good racing lets all have fun this Friday night and run the Vern Fricke select after wards. Good luck to all.
