rules for this race were...top 20 in points get locked in. ok. i got that. but maybe for 2012 they would consider making alternates eligible. it was explianed to us that the track wants to support the guys who support the track. ok, but all 20 guys didn't even show up-hell 20 guys period didn't show up. it sucked missin the race, but I knew the rules and they weren't changing. but maybe for next year the top 20 are reversed (as usual) and any alternates will start on the tail. we missed this race by two points yet only 17 cars competed in a race designed for 20 cars?? again, not bitchin cause I knew the rules but it don't make alot of sense
