WAYCROSS, GA (August 31, 2011) – The 29th Annual Sunoco Race Fuels North South 100 Presented by Lucas Oil will air this Sunday at 11AM EST on SPEED Channel. The Sunoco Race Fuels North South 100 Presented by Lucas Oil was sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and was filmed for broadcast in High Definition by Lucas Oil Studios, a division of Lucas Oil Products, Inc. Seventy-four (74) drivers from all over the country entered the 100-lap $50,000 to win sanctioned event in front of a packed house of race fans. This year’s crown jewel event was once again a barn burner with racing action throughout the field and another exciting finish that has fans still talking about it.

“Race fans will enjoy the SPEED Channel broadcast of this event. It was a great race again and plenty of action throughout the field. Tremendous field of drivers and some great driving will be very entertaining to watch on TV this Sunday. Were very thankful for Sunoco Race Fuels and all our partners that make it possible to provide our fans with a great TV package to view our events on TV in 2011”, stated Ritchie Lewis, series director.

The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series will be back in action this weekend for two big events at Portsmouth Raceway Park. The Pepsi 50 River Days Rumble paying $10,000 to win on Saturday September 3rd will be taped by the Lucas Oil Production Studios and shown on SPEED Channel on October 2nd at 1 PM Eastern. On Sunday Night, September 4th the 43rd Annual “Hillbilly Hundred” comes to PRP for the first time with a $140,000 purse and a $25,000 payday for the winner of America’s oldest dirt late model event.
