Talked to dominator race products at the imis show. Looks like a pretty decent deal, just not sure how long they'll hold up. Anyone going to switch to these noses in the mod class?

I have thought about it, but not sure if UMP has approved there use this season. I know that IMCA has.

I'm pretty sure the dominator nose is ump approved but the md3 nose from performance bodies is not. Not positive on that yet though.

they look ugly in my opinion! I guess i just like the aggressive looking boxed-in sheet metal front ends.

If it is the same plastic the stock/late model noses are, it will be pretty tough.

The biggest thing I saw looking at the pictures is the front bumper must be 18 - 24" . Most of the nose sticks way out front. Not sure how that will hold up on the short tracks with all the bumping.

just a side note, the builder used to run late models in area especially at oakshade. their shop is located in lyons, oh just off route 20 going towards the shade, so it is a locally built product and have been in business for quite awhile now
