Ya he got done dirty..They will never find someone that can anounce as good as he did that guy had heart and cared about what he was doing..And he sure could call a race..He has done alot for wrp..I think people should think about what was done and look at the big picture..

Its hard to have an opinion when no one knows why he was let go. I think Gerry has always done a great job, so why would they suddenly decide he was no longer needed? Either way, Gerry is a great guy, and has done more for WRP then anyone else.

I would have to say there are proably two sides to every story. Be carefull in passing judgement on either side , before hearing both sides of a story.

I will confirm that I am no longer employed or affiliated with Waynesfield Raceway Park. The reasons behind my departure are between myself and those involved. I sincerely hope that folks continue to support Greg and Tami Shobe in all that they do with the track. I would like to thank everyone who made the last 3+ years an amazing ride. I will still be very visible at several tracks, including WRP. Make sure to say hi and introduce yourself when you get a chance.
