Disqualified for using illegal fuel, HOW SAD IS THAT, cheater, cheater, cheater. How pathetic is that and he is the first one to complain about others too, WOW a new low. Should of figured something was suspicious when he finished 3rd in the first place. I hope you have learned a valuable lesson Allison “YOU CHEATER” What a joke you are.

I do not know Tim, but I will say coming from karting, a fuel DQ is very easy to achieve. We were at track one night and the track parts man had sold everyone illegal fuel. I had the tech man check my fuel before the races for giggles and he said it failed both the visual (mix with water) and the gauge test. I started reading into how this could happen, and if a barrel of fuel sits on concrete it can get water in it. Just because its illegal doesnt mean it has "nitro" or any other additives, it could simply be old fuel or had recieved condensensation from sitting. So just because it failed doesnt necessarily mean he was "cheating".

Upper cylinder lube will make it blue. We run it in the mod all the time. Does not enhance power but might be illegal to run in sprints.

Agian from karts, upper end lube will fail visual and the gauge test, sucks if thats what he got tossed for.

as 229 says the water test is really not very accurate and kart racers fight it all the time...done that for years!! done correctly with DISTILLED WATER and EQUAL PARTS water and alky it can be more consistant but very touchy especially on a humid night... Excuses.....that being said why would anyone want to run hot fuel in a $35,000 plus motor that takes a minimum of 6000 to rebuild ...1)for the low payout money 2)on a track that had very little grip and certainly didnt need horsepower?? if you do the math it dont add up... Furthermore, let me help you out on some details, you are PARTLY correct dennis does buy fuel from the same place as tim.... tim elects to use the blue fuel (which is the exact fuel Eldora Speedway sells and PASSES when tested INCORRECTLY) that has upper lube (1/2 gallon to 500 gallon ratio)... although its not suppose to be used its been passing tech for years.... also is a safety factor due to it burning an orangish color if on fire! one would think that track promotors/owners might think thats a good idea?? at best thats all you can fault him for is using the fuel with lube!! I truely wish i could tell you all the funny things ive seen with testing various fuels this week and a couple great stories ive heard but im not putting myself in the middle of the mess thats been created with inaccuate testing ...

If memory serves me correctly neir was dq ed last year for running eldoras fuel. rules say ethenol or methenol with no additives. eldoras fuel is not legal to run.

exactly... kinda odd they sell it??

its because bob fricke and his circus of monkeys don't know how to check the fuel the right way,jim neir gets dq'd last year for eldora's fuel, but yet this year he has to buy eldora fuel as the fuel he brought to the track this year was straight alcohol and would not pass the circus of monkeys of bob fricke's water test and yet he goes and buys eldora's fuel again this year and they check it and it passes this year??? I was there and seen it all happen with the circus of monkeys, common sense tells ya the circus of monkeys don't know what the f--- they are doing, i feel bad for tim amd jim and the rest of the teams, who will get it next??,kartracer229 i agree with you the water test is bogus and stupid,as far as excusesrgettingold your comment is you know nothing about facts but yet act like you know everything,i am a innocent race fan and bystander and was in the pits in the back ground and witnessed the circus of monkeys check the hannigan car get the fuel test done after his win and you should have seen the look on everybody's face,it DID NOT pass the first test but the second time it did, wake up people, its because the circus of monkeys don't know what the f--- they are doing, anyways, congrats to randy on another win,

Joker let me help you with your facts about Hannagans fuel . Their were 4 people there Kent myself and the two tech officials. The first time they went to check the fuel Dave told the other tech official to fill it with water to where his thumb was, but the tech guy put way to much water in it , it was about 50 0/0 fuel and 80 0/0 water so they dumped it and started over , they got it to a 50/50 ratio and it passed with no problem.I dont think its odd at all that eldora sells fuel with lube. NRA is the only series that cant run it, they only run their 4 times a year. Every other track you have to bring your own fuel so i dont see why you would buy your fuel there.just seems like alot of bellyachin over nothing to me.

excusesrgettingold at least i was there and seen the test ,where was you?? hiding behind your screen name again.you seen nothing!!! the fact we are stating is it was illeagl the first time and okay the second time?? may because bob frickes circus of monkeys don't know what the h--- they are doing and maybe they put to much water in tim's fuel that dq him because the circus of monkeys don't know shit about checking fuel, and from what i seen it was not measured equally, another bob fricke f--- up with his circus of monkeys and they wonder why people don't want to come to lima anymore, what don't make sense is jim neir can't run his fuel, but yet since bob fricke knows so much he tells jim neir to go buy eldora's fuel KNOWING it had lube in it and should not pass the test but his circus monkeys check it and it passes???? ,i would say they do not how to check fuel and i agree with wrench1 why is the nra the only series that can't run it??,guessing because fricke is the reason,as always if you do not like the rules then don't come and race with us,will mr.jarvis ever wake up and get rid of that fricken idiot??,inconsistent rules as always with bob fricke and his circus of monkeys

i really dont think it mattered if they put to much water in allisons fuel to check it or not , he didnt pass the visual test or the hydrometer test. same with neir last year. joker it sounds like you have a beef with frickie with the comments you posted.it seem funny that they have been doing these same fuel tests for the last 2 years and usually check the top 3 and only had 2 people that have been caught.sounds like they are doing a pretty good job, expecially when the two that have been caught cant even pass the visual test. seems to me the two that got caught pissed on their own shoes and are trying to blame someone else.
