i heard rave reviews from people on here about Stateline. so last year made 2 hour drive north to watch a $5,000 to win special for super lates. wasn't to impressed with place track was extremely rough. people were smoking pot in restroom. i am going to make drive up tuesday for lucas race also. hopeing better track conditions with Lucas guys being there. should get nice field of cars. haven't seen Robbie Blair all year he has been avoiding bigger shows for some reason. outlaws are off. might see chub frank. boom briggs. tim mccreadie. vic coffey. tim fuller.

Rob Blair hasn't had a motor to race for the past 2 months.

Blair hurt his motor at RW7 early in the year. Believe he just got everything back together last weekend. Parking might be a problem so Stateline is asking people that can to car pool. 20 bucks to watch a lucas race with a UEMS emods is rare this day and age. The place will be packed.

Place will be packed. They are NOT selling beer this year. So bring your own if you want it. Food is alright, lines will be long. Pit entrance is in 1 and they are in turns 1 and 2 and behind the stands along the back stretch. Restrooms are in 3 and 4 and I dare ya to stand along the catch fence there and watch 800 hp come at you, you'll need the restroom. They "reconfigured" the track a couple weeks ago, which basically consisted of moving clay that has built up in the wrong place back to where it should be. Seemed like they did a good job as the track was very racey when I was there just after. Stateline is notoriously wet slick at the beginning of the night and improves as the night goes on. Ask any street stock driver. They take the worst of it on a regular night.

Oh and don't speed around there and have a dd. the cops are notoriously strict. There was a safety checkpoint last year on the road to the track the night of the 5k to win uems race. Mind your Ps and Qs and you'll be fine.

I went there for the first time last night and thought it was a decent track. Super lates put on a good race. I cant remember the last time I paid 10 bucks to watch a race. Food was also pretty good. Track wasnt bad for the hot summer weve had.
