I am 21 years old. I have been racing since I was 13. I have been driving 270 and 600 micros for Ernie Gardina since 2009, as I still do occasionally. I have also been racing mod lites since the end of the 2010 season. I am the 2011 mod lite point champion at Blanket Hill Speedway. I was leading the points at Blanket Hill for the majority of this season with one feature win however due to certain circumstances, my mod lite car owner is selling out. Unfortunately, I can't afford to buy my own car just yet at this point in my life. I realize it's already the end of July and the season is winding down. I also realize it's a long shot for a no name kid like me to find a ride, but I honestly have nothing to lose by posting this. I wouldn't be wasting my time by posting this if I didn't believe I was a young talent who could possibly have a future in this sport given the right opportunity so I assure to any team owners that I would not be wasting your time either. If by some chance I have gotten someone's attention or interest I can be reached at 724-393-6677. Thanks

The very best way to get someone to spend their hard earned money for you to go out and have fun and race is definately to put a random post on a message board filled with professional ball busters and on top of that not even mention your name incase someone would actually call...

My name is Brian Stivenson. I didn't realize it was necessary to put my name since I put my number on here. I figured if anyone would call they could easily just say "yes I'm calling about your post on racestud" and then go from there

Brian, I hope you find a ride. I heard what happened the other week and why the car is being sold. I take it you're not interested in running the bigger car?

Yea I'm interested and I'm sure I will drive the vintage car once in a while when my uncle wants me to. I don't know if it will be ready before this year is over or if he is planning on waiting until next year but I think it would be cool to drive an old car and see what they're like. I also got some good news I recently found out. Although we won't be returning to Blanket Hill, I will be driving my dad's mod lite for the rest of the season or until it is sold. I'm very blessed and thankful that I have people in my life who are willing to do what it takes to put me on the track.
