I'm kind of out of the loop.... what's up with Bart only running mods? What happened to the late model?

It's not so much the money. A top level mod such as his costs just as much to run as a late model. I think he got burned out on touring and wanted to do something different.

I am pretty sure he does not own his modified and I think he works now and does not have time to focus on his late model.

I believe that was 2009,I was there in the pits,he totally dominated
His heat and went on to dominate ultimate race, and came fr
om The middle of the field to win the Pittsburgher with only
7 cylenders very memoral race Ol #75 looked like a yellow bullet
Flyin around that track

Bart just took the point lead from teammate Bobby Kitchen in the Renegades of Dirt modified series. Pretty stout field of drivers, including Bart,Rick Auckland,Hawkins Brothers, the Dicksons,Lance Elson,Jess Hartman,a couple NC boys(Nick Hoffman,Kyle Strickler),Scott Stiffler, and my favorite Deana Groves (winner of the Dickson Classis) just to name afew. Not late models but pretty darn good racing!
