In the first heat, Scott Bloomquist, who set fast time overall, set the early pace, but Steve Francis ran him down and used a lapped car to his advantage to dive under Bloomquist and take lead, then the win. Billy Moyer finished third.
Jared Landers won the second heat race, while Chris Madden took the third heat, and Don O'Neal outdueled Jimmy Owens for the win in the fourth heat. Notable drivers in the B-mains include Earl Pearson Jr., Jonathan Davenport, Klint Byars, Eric Wells, Tyler Reddick (with a backup car), and Billy Moyer Jr., who was one of the event's slowest qualifiers.
Tonight at the COMP Cams Topless 100 at Batesville Motor Speedway in Batesville, AR, there will be B-Mains, and the 100-lap, $40,000 to win, COMP Cams Topless 100.

Tyler Reddick was dominating the second heat race Friday night when a flat tire and subsequent broken right rear axle sent him rolling up onto the turn 4 wall. Reddick was ahead of a great battle between Jared Landers and Dale McDowell when the accident happened. Reddick escaped being injured.
