Jared Miley won the 53 lap Red Miley Rumble tonight, passing Keith Barbara with about 7 or 8 laps to go. Awesome racing tonight. Jared's win was even more impressive considering that he hit the wall on lap 1, and had to restart at the tail of the field. Great side by side racing between Gregg Satterlee and Keith Barbara before Satterlee spun in the fourth turn. There were 31 Late Models signed in and 30 started the feature. 1. Jared Miley (H1) 2. Keith Barbara (17) 3. Keith Berner (18) from around 20th 4. Steve Baker (0) 5. Mike Johnson (2J) 6. Alex Ferree (10) 7. John Garvin Jr. (J4) 8. Boom Briggs (99) 9. Matt Lux (21) 10. Gregg Satterlee (22) Andrew Satterlee won the Crate feature over a field of 21 cars, and Ed Lynch Jr (2L) won the Sprint feature, followed by Jack Sodeman Jr., who nipped Brandon Spithaler in the last turn, also with a field of 21 cars. Lynn Geisler had a great run going, leading the first 25 laps until being sidelined by motor problems.

Great race, one of the best I've ever seen at PPMS. When you get to see the winner pass the entire field to do so you can't complain. How often do you get to see that? Barbara and Satterlee running side by side for several laps was great. And what a run for Berner, especially considering he hadn't been there in a late model in quite a few years.

Shame to see Geisler exit the race due to motor issues. Heard he was bad fast.

One of the best races I've seen all year. Highlights on the next "Pit Pass".

Host of "Pit Pass". Mondays at 6:00PM on WHVL-TV. Online at www.whvl.com. racing@whvl.com I like: fast cars, loud music and pretty women. Or, is that loud cars, pretty music and fast women? Can't remember. Damn Alzheimer's!!!

He was fast, and he was making it look easy til he broke. Congrats to Miley on the win, he earned it coming from the tail.

I thought Geisler was the car to beat, very fast. We left with 10 laps to go, I thought Barbara had it in the bag, wow thats impressive coming from the back to win. I would just like to say that I was impressed with how smooth the track was and the side by side racing was great, too bad I live 3 hrs away or I would make it down more often. ;)
