heard he was selling out!
this car would be a good purchase given the fact that it won the last time it was on the track!!!!!
I hope this is not so. We need Kevin. There are very few new teams coming into the sport, and none the caliber of Kevin. You may not realize it, but Kevin brings flavor to the sport. With out him the mods are bland at best. Hang in there Kevin.

probation is a bunch of crap! i seen 83 swatzlander slam a few poepl last week....isnt he on probation? if he is why can he keep bumper bowling cars? idk
Do you really have to ask why? Should have been dq'd for going to another driver's car. Point standings might look a little different.

LATEST NEWS
AUGUST 24, 2012
The following statement is to inform my loyal and concerned family, friends, fans, sponsors, and fellow racers regarding the remainder of my race season and my racing career.
As of August 4, 2012, I received the second response letter from World Racing Group (WRG)-Appeals Commission, denying once again the second of two attempts to appeal the alleged suspension and fines as stated; 1) suspension for the remainder of 2012 season, 2) $1500 in fines and 3) probation throughout the 2013 race season.
World Racing Group/DIRTCar still does not permit me to race at Lernerville Speedway or any World Racing Group/DIRTCar sanctioned tracks or events until December 31, 2012.
In both appeals, I simply asked the World Racing Group-Appeals Commission to stay the penalties and fines, which would enable us to continue racing, earn points and winning until the board has the chance to hear our appeal.
Bol-Tech Motorsports, Inc., my team and I surmise that Lernerville Speedway and World Racing Group/ DIRTcar have acted hastily and without any regard for due process. At this time, our race team is considering all available options.
Look for further updates in the weeks to come. Thank you for your support and your concerns.

Kevin Bolland

I'm sure the teams he has cost money with his antics over the years would use another term for " flavor", but to each his own.
I wish the ass hat would just dry up and blow away. But, he's not selling out. He's far too arrogant for that, and his driving style would not endear him with what is a much deeper SLM field around here.

First Joe Pa and his wins....Now Lance Armstrong and his wins/medals......I say strip Kevin Bolland of all his Dirtcar wins!!!!!!

You can't compare that to a racer, who is essentially an independent contractor spending their own money on race cars and equipment to put on a show that race fans can enjoy. JoePa risked nothing when he walked through the gates before a football game. JoePa never walked out of the gates at the end of the day with less money than he walked in with. A racer risks everything -- sometimes their life savings, and sometimes their own life.
I was there that night. It was some intense racing, and it was a good show for the fans. I disagree with Lernerville's position on this. I disagree with any track that has little respect for the entertainment that brings fans into the stands.

Once again, watch the video and stop being so blind about this a-hole. No attempt at all to avoid spinning him out. There are such things as brakes and a steering wheel which maybe in this case he has lost some of his coordination or reaction time and can't use them like a real driver should. Get over it. He is an arrogant a-hole with no respect for anyone he races against.

Easy now, don't go clouding this argument with facts.
As for whoever said Swartzlander got into people last week, I would sure love to know who and where that happened. I watched the entire feature and never saw any of the guys up front make an significant contact. I'm sure he was driving dirty tonight when he won again right?
Just get over it...Bolland is a clown, always has been. Has no respect for any of his competitors, period. He has had this coming for quite some time.

That is correct. And it isn't just Brian Swartzlander that has had problems with him. Ask around the pits. You won't have to walk too far.
