Sorry. Just noticed it last night. Thought maybe the lack of punishment was because Nascar favors him and wants to hand him another points championship.

The thing is speedways don't commit the unsportsmanlike acts, they just have to deal them...and everyone has a different opinion! Looks like NASCAR keeps the punishment to themselves too, it's up to those being punished to share it as they wish, did not really know that PPMS and NASCAR had that in common. My what one can learn on the stud!

Actually ALL of the disciplinairy actions in major sports leagues are made public !! When players are suspended do they just disappear and you hear nothing or is it broadcast to the entire world ??? When allmindinger pissed dirty did you not hear about it ?? When kurt busch was placed on suspension and probation did you not hear about it ?? How about when a baseball player pisses dirty is that not announced ??

Just my opinion, but Stewart's situation with Kenseth is similar to what happened with Kevin Bolland and Brian Swartzlander. Brian got out of his car to confront Kevin after the race and everyone thinks that he should have been suspended for it. Stewart does the same thing in the middle of the race and there is no punishment. Just thought they would disagree with the decision or think that Nascar favors Stewart.

Tony got out of his car because he was done. He didn't just get out because he felt like throwing his helmet at Kenseth. That's not the first time we've seen a driver throw his helmet at another car going by under caution. Have at it is in effect therefore there should be no punishment. And how exactly does NASCAR favor him? Give us an example please. Tony Stewart is the best race car driver in the world in my opinion. He went out and won half the races in the chase last year and earned the championship

So..... Stewart pulls a good clean move underneath Kenseth...... Kenseth backs off and tucks behind, like he should, tries underneath the next turn, and hes faster....... Stewart cant hang........ so instead of tucking behind and trying the next corner, Stewart doest lift, and starts beating on Kenseth from the OUTSIDE.......... turns him, in the process goes out of control........ but Stewart ends up taking the worse of the damage.......... Stewart, because of his OWN actions takes himself out, but because hes so pissed throws his helmet at Kenseth in a big public display........ If he wanted to throw his helmet at something, the whiny little bitch should have thrown it at his own foot instead........... he was the cause..... I remember a few guys like him in the pits at Sharon a few years back, only difference was that wasnt nascar, and they had an ass whoopin looking at them when they came back........ Defend him all you want, but as unarguably a great talent as he truly is, hes simply a little child that throws tantrums when he doesnt get his way........

I agree with you. I don't think Nascar favors Stewart either. I was making a comparison to the Bolland/Swartzlander incident that happened earlier this year at Lernerville. Bolland fans seem to think that Brian was favored by lernerville because he got out of his car at the end of the race and wasn't suspended.

Hell, Kyle Petty threw his helmet at somebody 10 or 15 years ago, I don't remember him getting punished. It's no big deal.
