Last night, August 31, 2012, during the 2nd heat at Stateline Speedway located in Busti N.Y., veteran driver

Doug Eck #03 rolled his car between turns 3 and 4.

Did you see how high the cushion was? Stateline has to be the roughest track I have ever been to, they never grade or repair holes, its the wonder that doesn't happen every Sat night. If I was Eck, I would send them the bill for the junk car.

If you where able to send the responsible party the bill for damages Eck would have a bill rivaling hurricane Irene!
