Enduro 100 rescheduled for next Saturday during “Back to School” Bus & Kid’s Bike races.
Sarver, PA (September 8, 2012) Constant heavy rains haved forced the hand of Lernerville Speedway management to cancel tonight’s Autumn-Motive Fest 2012 featuring the Sportsman/Stock Spectacular and Enduro 100. Due to conflicting races at fellow DIRTcar sanctioned race tracks Sharon Speedway and Pittsburgh’s PA Motor Speedway, the Sportsman/Stock Spectacular portion of the program will not be rescheduled, but the 100-lap Enduro will be contested next Saturday, September 15 in addition to the “Back to School” Bus & Kid’s bike race, Powder Puff, Senior Series, Figures 8s and Demolition Derby.
Millerstown Pic-A-Part DIRTcar Sportsman/Stock drivers are invited to participate in Sharon’s Apple Festival Nationals or PPMS’s Tri-Star Pittsburgher Sportsman Sizzler next Saturday, September 15; both events are $1,000-to-win. Furthermore, the Sportsman/Stocks will compete for $1,000-to-win during next month’s DIRTcar Round Up Steel City Stampede at Lernerville Speedway of Thursday-Friday-Saturday, October 25-26-27.
Enduro Rules & Registration and Demolition Derby Rules can be found on our website www.Lernerville.com under the Downloads tab on the right hand side of the page.
Two weeks down the road is the much anticipated return of the “Greatest Show on Dirt” as the World of Outlaws return to the Action Track for the first time since the scintillating Silver Cup Twin 30s in mid-July. Craig Dollansky won the first 30-Lap A-Main, but Danny Holtgraver stole the show charging from 19th on the grid to second place at the checkers and of course Defending NASCAR Sprint Cup Champion Tony Stewart ran away with the second 30-lap A-Main to thrill a huge crowd. The Commonwealth Clash is scheduled for Saturday, September 22 and tickets are on sale 24/7 at Lernerville.com. All advance ticket purchases include a FREE pit pass upgrade!
Then after a month of darkness, the Action Track will close the 2012 season with the three-night mega show known as the DIRTcar Round Up Steel City Stampede. 10 divisions will compete over three nights of Thursday-Friday-Saturday, October 25-26-27. The Ti22 Sprints, Precise Late Models and Diehl Mods will race for $3,000-to-win and the Diehl Mod feature will also be the BRP Modified Tour Finale under the banner of the Kodiak Memorial. Pic-A-Part Sportsman, FASTRAK NE Late Models, UMP/UEMS Mods, 305 Sprints, Mod Lites and 4 Cylinders will be in action all three nights and the wild weekend of racing will end with another $1,000-to-win, 100-lap Enduro.

Conflicting schedules......hmmm..... Seems as if you were going to run with Mercer and Sharon still running for points. That's not conflicting? What a bunch of Ass Clowns
If you can't see the difference between competing with a $300 to win weekly show at local tracks and $1000 to win specials, who's the ass clown?

Truely, ery stock driver from around the area was looking forward to this race. I can understand that they called it due to weather but 2 things. #1-i think they called it to early. Never got a drop of rain after 1pm and most of the water was evaporting/evaported by 3. Definately didnt want to put the effort in. #2-why no make up date?! this is the stocks big race of the year. Their daytona 500. All the shit that they get put through, always running last and on the worse conditions, and they dont get enough respect to at least get a makeup date? this is a joke
Do these guys deserve their Daytona 500? absolutely.
Should they get a rain date? probably.
The problem is it's a losing proposition from a business perspective. In the other thread, someone mentioned bumping their purse in the stampede to $2000, that should be the focal point of the division, not bashing the track they spend all their time and money supporting. Work with the promoter, don't bash him on a message board behind a screen name. I know Gary doesn't negotiate on the board like Miley does, but has anyone even called him to ask why it won't be made up or present other options?

Granted I know Im an Hour north, but judging from the amount of rain we got here, I can imagine what it was down there. Our yard looked more suitable for Mud Drags then to play catch in.Wow... No rain date, no rain. Hmmm.... Would have been a fast track.
