Buddy i dont know you and i mean no disrespect but if you think theres a better venue for dirt late model racing than eldora for the world 100 you are on bath salts !! It is the absolute superbowl and the electricity in the air is 10 times what is is anywhere else, Ive ran the dtwc and the north south multiple times and they are not even close , no way no how. Yes its expensive to run eldora if you dont have a nasty 430 its a waste of time, if your not buying all brand new ump tires its a waste of time, if you dont have the stones to hold it wide open around there its a waste of time and if 42 years of presteige behind the event and the fact its the one race anyone who ever raced a late model wants to win if none of that stuff means anything to you definately dont go to eldora. I will spend 5 k to go run eldora any day of the week before id spend 500 to run ANY of the tracks within an hour of here. It was the best experiance I have ever had racing even through the rain made it so we only got one qualifying lap and I bottomed out hard as f$%K twice in turn 1 and 2 and ruined what was a good lap in 3 and 4 it was more than worth it. I CANT wait for the dream and the world next year and the year after and the year after !! That place is sick !!! The chance to hold a 430 to the wood @8300 with a 535 gear and crank that bitch down into the banking at eldora is what I live for and theres nothing else like it !! Its why I work so hard just to be able to experiance things like that !! Thank you guys for all of the words of encouragement and I guarantee I will do better next time !! If anyone wants to meet us out there and help in the pits next year let me know. And for anyone who wants one the pennsylvania hole beater gear by arizona sport shirts will be avaliable at the dtwc.
