So is anyone actually going to pay money to go to this place this week? 10-12 late models at most, if their not fed up with the Mileys like the rest of us.
Place will be empty! Show your support and not attend. Roaring knob will get a few cars for sure.

I'd have to imagine he will be there, don't know for sure of course...but he rarely misses big shows in the region.

It looked like there was about 500 people in the stands. It was a pretty bad turn out. It looked like less people there on Saturday then they have on a regular night. Sad:(... The only way they can spark some life back into the pittsburgher is have it sanctioned by the Lucas series. I would love to see that happen and bloomer coming back to ppms. I know this for sure, it won't be the same format that they've had the last two years. What a mess it was this year!! I think probably 95% of the people and racers left unhappy this year. I think if they raced on Friday it would have been a whole different story! There's nothing like the rush you get from a tacky ppms race track and turning 17 and 18 second lap times in the late models. O' what it could have been!!Can someone say how many people were at pittsburgher saturday?? large crowd??

Want to expand on those thoughts Storm? Dont be sucked in by all the crap you read on this Board.you guys should have seen about getting added to little guys at mercer, that would have been a much better option for you guys
We raced at PPMS earlier this season and let them down numbers wise. We approached them for another race meeting with better numbers to repay their faith in us. We have worked bloody hard to get a good field and apart from a full compliment of locals, have 1 from Maryland, 3 from New York and up to 4 from Canada coming. The Ohio guys would be there too, but this meeting conflicts with the big Vintage meeting at Knoxville which they attend every year.
One thing we have found since starting up this Club and Class, is that the Vintage racing movement is tight knit and supportive. We are also lucky to have Tracks and Promoters who are supportive of us and we wont let them down. PPMS is one of those Tracks.
We have a good relationship with PPMS and are currently working on something HUGE for next season with them.
Its all about supporting those that support you, which is why we're racing at PPMS this Saturday.
