179 cars. 6 heats of pure stocks, 37 micro. Lowest count on the 305 only 15 or so. Chilly up here but clear skys had sprinkles most of the night. 1015 and half way thro bmains. Racing has ben good. Alot crazy drivers tho.

How many mods?
2012 Race Count - 8 Races, 7 Tracks, and 3 States
2011 Race Count - 53 Races, 23 Tracks, and 6 States
2010 Race Count - 50 Races, 6 Tracks, and 2 States

25 mods, there was 6 heats stocks so probally 48+ . .. 32 won modlites

I don't understand why the 30 minute time limit was used for the stocks and not the mods or mod lites. Their features were much longer but they completed them.

Modified and mod lites did not exceed the time limit like the circular demo derby called the stock car feature. How many times has it been said you cannot win the race n the first lap, but you can lose it.I don't understand why the 30 minute time limit was used for the stocks and not the mods or mod lites. think the chance of rain affected the stock count? i know 47 is a ton but it used to be 60+

The stocks used to get 100+ cars a year for both nights. Used to be racing well into the early morning hours because of the car counts.
Shows how the times have changed that division....

50+ tonight. Not enough to keep mother nature happy apparently.
